* Providing Christian homes for orphaned, abandoned and children at risk. * Build, staff and administer each home. * Pursue small business enterprises that provide for the needs of each child. * Encourage the local church and community of each orphanage.
OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE

| Business Manager - Business experience would be ideal as they manage businesses in and out of the country. Capital fund raising may be part of their responsibilities as well as managing and training Bolivians in the art of business. | Long Term | |
| Construction Manager | ||
| No experience needed but good with people and administrative skills. Monthly travel required through out Bolivia. Site visits to encourage the construction team and neighborhood Church. Building relationships with the community and providing services where appropriate. | Long Term | |
| Director of Spiritual Growth | ||
| This couple or individual interacts with everyone; the full time missionaries, short term teams, interns, children in the homes, house parents and staff. Helping us develop our prayer for the National Team of Bolivia assisting with the agenda and programs for monthly meetings. They will create curriculum for the children in our homes, mission projects like neighborhood VBS, as well as the visitors staying one week to one year. | Long Term | |

This can be completed here in Bolivia or from home. Develop methods of sharing with the world what God is doing here; through brocures, videos, powerpoint presentations, website design, mass mailings, newsletter templates, personal invitations to partner and pray etc. | 3 weeks to 3 months | |
